As part of the new keto-friendly eateries review series, I decided to kick things off by ordering in from a new restaurant I just discovered called Ketology.
I love the idea that a restaurant finally decided to cater to the growing keto community in Abu Dhabi and I really hope more restaurants follow in their footsteps. That being said, let’s get down to business and talk about their food options.
First off, their menu contains quite a nice variety of options: healthy breakfasts, soups and vegetarian food. Best part is that they include the calorie content and macronutrients to help you track your carbs, protein and fats intake!
I ordered the spinach and artichoke stuffed chicken. It comes with a small portion of mixed greens. I added in a side of cauliflower rice as well. Taste wise, unfortunately, it wasnt the best. The chicken and cauliflower rice were both dry and stuffing wasn’t seasoned enough for my taste.
I also ordered the avo-arigula salad, which was actually pretty nice. The dressing was perfect and really livened up the salad bowl.
For a light desert, I ordered the cutest little raspberry bomb. It’s made with cream cheese and yogurt. Tiny but super rich in flavour!
Final verdict:
Amazing concept and menu, however, if I do end up ordering again, I’d probably go with a different main dish. The food is a little over priced compared to the portion sizes too.
Rating: 2.5/5 (based on what I ordered)
